INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb fat free ground turkey breast
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 can kidney beans drained, 15 oz
- 1 can black beans drained, 15 oz
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced green chiles 4 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 oz
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can corn drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown ground turkey, onion and green pepper in a large pot until cooked through
- Add taco seasoning, garlic and salt, stir until all meat is coated
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cook over medium heat, letting simmer for 15 minutes.
- Optional: Top with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt and cilantro
