Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick spray or lightly grease it.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, applesauce, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
