Instructions
- Brown the beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess grease.
- Prepare the slow cooker: Add the cooked beef, diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Add broth: Pour in 3–4 cups beef broth, depending on how soupy you like it.
- Season: Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf.
- Cook: Stir everything together. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Finish: Remove the bay leaf. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and serve hot with crusty bread or crackers.
