Grilled Turkey Burger with Brussels Sprouts and Onions
Ingredients:
For the turkey burgers:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
For the Brussels sprouts and onions:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
