Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup
  • Spices of your choice! I added a shake of cinnamon a shake of nutmeg and a shake of ground ginger!

Instructions

  1. Blend in a high speed mixer until nice and smooth!
  2. Recipe makes 2 half cup servings – 2 points for each serving! You could add 1 point worth of granola on top for a total of 3 points! It was really good!
