Ingredients
- 1 Trader Joe’s cauliflower crust
- 1 tbsp spinach and kale Greek yogurt dip
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s mozzarella
- 1 cup Trader Joe’s fire roasted bell peppers and onions
Instructions
- I actually used my toaster oven which has different levels of toasting (numbered 1-5, mine was on 3). I toasted the crust alone for 2-3 minutes then added toppings and toasted two more times, for a total of 5-6 minutes. The directions on the packaging say to preheat oven to 425. Whether you are using a toaster or conventional oven, I would bake the crust on its own first before adding the toppings. It doesn’t get super crispy but still delicious and satisfying. Next time, I’m going to add a side salad.
