 Ingredients

– 2 cups of chopped tomatoes (or 1 can of crushed tomatoes)
– 1 cup of chopped cabbage
– 1 cup of chopped carrots
– 1 cup of chopped celery
– 1/2 cup of chopped onion
– 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of salt
