1 box lemon cake mix

1 cup lemon soda (Sprite or 7UP)

½ cup vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan or loaf pan.

Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine lemon cake mix, lemon soda, and oil. Stir until smooth (do not overmix).

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
