🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayo)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins: grapes, apple, nuts, herbs


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add chicken, celery, and onion to a bowl.

  2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

  3. Combine dressing with chicken mixture.

  4. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
