¼ cup mayonnaise or yogurt sauce

Step 1: Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground beef; break it up with a spoon and cook until browned.

Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 2: Season
