Mix dry:

Mix wet:
In bowl combine egg, applesauce, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. -

Stir wet into dry. Fold in diced apples. -
Cook:
Spoon batter into waffle donut maker and cook 2β3 minutes until golden. -
Glaze (optional):
Drizzle glaze over warm donuts.
