Chicken breast β 700 g (about 1.5 lb), cut into strips or cubes
Green bell pepper β 2 medium, sliced
Red bell pepper β 1 large, sliced
Onion β 1 medium, sliced
Tomatoes β 2 medium, sliced (or 1 cup cherry tomatoes)
Sauce & Seasoning
Olive oil β 3 tbsp
Garlic β 4 cloves, minced
Paprika β 1Β½ tsp
Black pepper β 1 tsp
Salt β 1ΒΌ tsp (adjust to taste)
Chili flakes β Β½ tsp (optional)
Italian seasoning or oregano β 1 tsp
Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce β 1 tbsp
Cooking cream or heavy cream β Β½ cup (120 ml)
Cheese
Mozzarella cheese β 2 cups (200β250 g), shredded
Cheddar cheese β 1 cup (100β120 g), shredded

Preheat oven to 190Β°C / 375Β°F.
Season chicken
In a large bowl, mix chicken with:
Olive oil
Garlic
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Italian seasoning
Soy/Worcestershire sauce
Assemble the bake
Lightly grease a baking dish
Spread chicken evenly
Add bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes on top
Pour cream evenly over everything
Add cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella first
Then cheddar on top
Bake uncovered
35β40 minutes
Until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly & golden
Optional finish
Broil for 2β3 minutes for extra browning
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
