Cheese

Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups (200–250 g), shredded

Cheddar cheese – 1 cup (100–120 g), shredded

Preheat oven to 190Β°C / 375Β°F.

Season chicken
In a large bowl, mix chicken with:

Olive oil

Garlic

Paprika

Salt

Black pepper

Chili flakes

Italian seasoning

Soy/Worcestershire sauce

Assemble the bake

Lightly grease a baking dish

Spread chicken evenly

Add bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes on top

Pour cream evenly over everything

Add cheese

Sprinkle mozzarella first

Then cheddar on top

Bake uncovered

35–40 minutes

Until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly & golden

Optional finish

Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning
