🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed & cut in half

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of ½–1 lemon (to taste)

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Sauté asparagus 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add shrimp to same pan; season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

  4. Add garlic & butter, sauté 30 seconds.
