Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled & diced

  • 1½ tsp cinnamon

  • 4 small flour tortillas

  • ¼ cup cream cheese or mascarpone (optional, for creamy filling)

Instructions

  1. Cook apples

    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
