Best Beef Stew Ever

Ingredients:
2 lbs of beef stew
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper black
1 large onion, chopped
2 leaves of laurel
¼ taza de salsa Worcestershire
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of beef demi-glace (or beef Swanson flavor boost)
4 medium to large red skin potatoes, washed and cut into cubes
3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 stalk of celery, cut into cubes
Addresses :
Mix the beef stew meat in a plastic bag with lid with flour and salt to season until evenly coated. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan; add the flourished beef to the frying pan and stir all over. Remove with a slotted spoon or tongs and place it in the bottom of a slow cooker. Seasoned with pepper.
Saute the chopped onion in the same hot pan for 2 minutes. Don’t worry about cleaning it up in the middle, it has more flavor!. Transfer the onions to the slow cooker too. Pour the Worcestershire Sauce, water, and beef demi-glace (or Swanson Flavor Boost) into the skillet and mix until combined, making sure to scrape any golden bits from the bottom of the skillet. Put out the fire and reserve.
Add the cubed potatoes, carrots, celery and laurel leaves to the slow cooker. Now pour the broth/Worcestershire mix also in the slow cooker. Cover; slow cooker for 8 hours. Remove the laurel leaves before serving.
