– 2 beef patties (4 oz each, made from grass-fed beef)
– 2 slices of cheese (optional, cheddar or mozzarella work well)
– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought, made with animal-friendly ingredients)
– Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings (optional, carnivore-friendly)
Chaffle Recipe
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar work well)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chaffle Instructions
1. Preheat your mini waffle maker or Chaffle maker.
2. Whisk together the egg, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
4. Repeat to make the second Chaffle.
Burger Assembly and Cooking
1. Grill or cook the beef patties to your desired level of doneness.
2. Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on each Chaffle, followed by cheese, mayonnaise, and any desired toppings.
3. Top with the second Chaffle to complete the burger.
