Carnivore-Friendly Crispy Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets (boneless, skinless)
 - 3 large eggs
 - Salt (optional, depending on your preferences)
 - Pepper (optional, if you’re adding seasonings)
 - Animal fat or butter for frying (e.g., tallow, ghee, or lard)

Instructions:
-
Prepare the chicken:
- Slice the chicken fillets into strips, about 1-2 inches wide, depending on your preference for thickness.

 -
Beat the eggs:
- In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and whisk them together until well-beaten. Optionally, add a pinch of salt and pepper.

 -
Coat the chicken:
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated. You can do this step in batches.

 -
Heat the fat:
- In a skillet, heat your choice of animal fat (tallow, ghee, or lard) over medium-high heat. You want enough fat to coat the bottom of the pan.

 -
Cook the chicken:
- Once the fat is hot, place the egg-coated chicken strips into the pan, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the chicken strips are golden brown and crispy.

 -
Drain and serve:
- Once cooked, remove the chicken strips from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, carnivore-friendly chicken strips!

Feel free to dip them in some homemade carnivore-friendly dipping sauce, like a simple mix of egg yolk and butter for extra flavor!
