Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 large cauliflower

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: lemon juice or parmesan for serving
Instructions

Prepare Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Remove outer leaves from cauliflower.

Slice into 1½–2 cm thick steaks.

Season
-
Brush both sides with olive oil.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear
-
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

Sear cauliflower steaks 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Roast
-
Transfer to a baking dish.

Roast 12–15 minutes until tender inside.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce
-
Melt butter in a pan.
-
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
-
Pour over cauliflower steaks.
