Cold Spaghetti Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.3. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.5.
