  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 large apple, peeled & finely diced

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener (optional)

  • Nonstick spray

Optional Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered erythritol or icing sugar

  • 1–2 tbsp milk

  1. Preheat:
