Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  5. When crispy, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.

Optional flavor ideas

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze

  • Add honey + chili flakes

  • Toss with lemon juice and garlic butter
