Instructions
- Make the filling: Mix ground meat, garlic, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Fill the wontons: Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold, and press firmly to seal.
- Prepare the broth: Bring chicken broth to a gentle boil. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
- Cook the wontons: Carefully add wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for about 4–6 minutes, until the wrappers are tender and the filling is fully cooked.
- Finish: Add rice vinegar if desired. Taste and adjust salt.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and generously top with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.
