Q&A
Q: Can I skip searing?
Yes, but searing first gives the pork better color and flavor.
Q: Can I use boneless pork chops?
Yes, but they can cook faster and dry out more easily, so check their temperature early.
Q: Can I make this without honey?
Yes. Add a little extra brown sugar or BBQ sauce instead.
Q: Can I make it less sweet?
Yes. Reduce the honey and brown sugar by half.
Q: What should I serve with it?
Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, green beans, or rice pair well with the glazed pork.
