Pork Chops

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about ¾–1 inch thick

 Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the pork chops for about 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
  5. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, and chili flakes.
  6. Place the seared pork chops in the slow cooker.
  7. Pour the glaze over the pork chops and turn them gently to coat.
  8. Cover and cook on LOW for about 3–4 hours or until the pork reaches a safe internal temperature.
  9. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
  10. Let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
