  5. Cook until the beef is browned and reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  7. Add the sliced red, yellow, and green peppers.
  8. Cook for about 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.
  9. Stir in pizza/marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  10. Divide the mixture between 4 oven-safe bowls or baking dishes.
  11. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
  12. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  13. For a more golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching carefully.
  14. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
