Instructions
Step 1: Brown the ground beef
Place a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook for approximately 7–9 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Cook until completely browned and no pink remains.
Drain excess grease.
Step 2: Prepare the slow cooker
Transfer the cooked ground beef into the crockpot.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes with their juices, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, and beef broth.
Step 3: Add the seasonings
Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Stir gently to distribute the ingredients.
Step 4: Slow cook the cheesy mixture
Cover the crockpot with its lid.
Cook on LOW for approximately 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice if convenient.
Continue cooking until the cheeses have melted and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Avoid cooking the cheese mixture on HIGH for too long, as dairy can separate.
Step 5: Cook the bow-tie pasta
While the cheese mixture is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta thoroughly.
Do not overcook because the pasta will soften further when mixed with the hot cheese sauce.
Step 6: Combine the pasta and cheese sauce
Add the cooked farfalle pasta to the crockpot.
Gently fold everything together until the pasta is completely coated in the creamy beef and cheese mixture.
Step 7: Add extra cheddar cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the pasta.
Cover the crockpot for another 5–10 minutes until the cheddar melts.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little warm milk or beef broth.
Step 8: Final touch
Stir gently and taste.
Adjust the seasonings if necessary.
Garnish with fresh parsley, green onions, or extra cheddar cheese.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
Spoon the hot cheesy pasta into serving bowls.
Serve immediately while the sauce is warm, creamy, and delicious.
