Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice sweet potatoes into even 1/4-inch rounds (no need to peel).

  3. Season: Place slices in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs. Toss well.

  4. Arrange: Lay slices in a single layer on the baking sheet (avoid overlapping).

  5. Bake: Roast for 15–18 minutes, flip slices, then bake another 15–18 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
