Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken

  • 1½ lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Broccoli

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or mayo for richer sauce)

  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or water (to thin)


Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat chicken well and marinate 10–30 minutes.

2. Grill the Chicken

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.

3. Cook the Broccoli

Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill: 5–7 minutes until tender with char marks

  • OR steam/roast until bright green and crisp-tender

4. Make Creamy Garlic Sauce

Whisk yogurt, mayo, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thin with milk or water to desired consistency.

5. Assemble Bowls

Divide broccoli into bowls, top with sliced grilled chicken, and drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.
