4 large flour tortillas

For the Filling (Chicken Version)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt
Vegetables

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, sliced

½ cucumber, sliced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Sauce (Creamy Option)

½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside. -
Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until heated through and lightly golden. -
Warm tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable. -
Assemble wraps:
Spread sauce evenly over each tortilla.
Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onions. -
Wrap:
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. -
Optional toast:
Grill wraps in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly crispy.
