Strawberry & Burrata Salad with Balsamic Reduction & Pistachios
Ingredients:
Salad:
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
(300 g)
1 ball burrata cheese
(200 g / 7 oz)
2 cups baby arugula or mixed greens
(60 g)
Balsamic Reduction:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
(120 ml)
1 tablespoon honey
(20 g)
Crunch & Finish:
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
(30 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
(15 ml)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish:
Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Simmer balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan 5–7 minutes until thick and syrupy. Cool slightly.
Arrange greens, strawberries, and torn burrata on a platter.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and olive oil. Sprinkle pistachios, season lightly, and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
