👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk sugar, applesauce, butter, egg, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
5️⃣ Scoop 1½ tbsp dough per cookie onto tray. Flatten slightly.
6️⃣ Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
7️⃣ Cool 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to rack.
