Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking dish with foil or spray lightly.
Step 2: Assemble
Slice rolls horizontally (keep tops connected). Place bottoms in dish. Layer ham and cheese evenly. Spread mayo or mustard if using. Add tops.
Step 3: Make Glaze
Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
Step 4: Glaze
Brush generously over tops and sides.
Step 5: Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–8 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
