No-Bake Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

Creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of spicy — these easy roll-ups are perfect for parties, game day, or quick snacks.

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 20–24 pinwheels)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, finely chopped

  • 2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)

  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Spread & Roll

    • Spread an even layer of filling over each tortilla, going all the way to the edges.

    • Roll tightly into a log.

  3. Chill
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this helps them slice cleanly).

  4. Slice & Serve

    • Trim off the ends.

    • Slice into ½–1 inch pinwheels.

    • Serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Extra spicy: Leave some jalapeño seeds in or add a dash of hot sauce.

  • Milder version: Use pickled jalapeños instead of fresh.

  • Healthier swap: Use light cream cheese or Greek yogurt cream cheese.

  • Make ahead: These keep well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
