No-Bake Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels
Creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of spicy — these easy roll-ups are perfect for parties, game day, or quick snacks.
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 20–24 pinwheels)

4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup cooked bacon, finely chopped

2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)

2 tbsp green onions, sliced

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. -
Spread & Roll

Spread an even layer of filling over each tortilla, going all the way to the edges.

Roll tightly into a log.

Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this helps them slice cleanly). -
Slice & Serve

Trim off the ends.

Slice into ½–1 inch pinwheels.
