  • 2–4 slices bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • 2–4 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1–2 tsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon
    • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F)
    • Cook bacon for 6–8 minutes until crispy
    • Remove and set aside
  2. Prepare the toast & eggs
    • Lightly butter the bread
    • Use a spoon or glass to press a small well in the center (optional)
  3. Add eggs
    Place bread in the air fryer basket and carefully crack an egg onto each slice (into the well if made). Season lightly.
  4. Air fry
    Cook at 180°C (360°F) for 5–7 minutes, depending on how runny you like the yolk.
  5. Assemble
    Add crispy bacon on top or on the side. Sprinkle pepper and serve hot.
