- 2–4 slices bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
- 2–4 eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1–2 tsp butter or olive oil
- Salt & black pepper

- Cook the bacon
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F)
- Cook bacon for 6–8 minutes until crispy
- Remove and set aside
- Prepare the toast & eggs
- Lightly butter the bread
- Use a spoon or glass to press a small well in the center (optional)
- Add eggs
Place bread in the air fryer basket and carefully crack an egg onto each slice (into the well if made). Season lightly. - Air fry
Cook at 180°C (360°F) for 5–7 minutes, depending on how runny you like the yolk. - Assemble
