🛒 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 roll-ups)
- 4 large tortillas (or sandwich bread, crusts removed)
- 8 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted) or olive oil spray
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp dried herbs (Italian seasoning or parsley)

- Prep the base
Lay tortillas flat (or flatten bread slices with a rolling pin). - Fill & roll
Add ham and sprinkle cheese evenly. Roll tightly into logs. - Slice (optional)
Cut into smaller pinwheels or keep whole. - Brush & season
Lightly brush with melted butter or spray oil. Sprinkle garlic powder and herbs. - Air fry
- Preheat to 180°C (360°F)
