🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups button or cremini mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • Optional: fresh parsley


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Clean Mushrooms
Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim stems if needed.

2️⃣ Season
In a bowl toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Cook mushrooms 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

4️⃣ Finish
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley before serving.
