  • Hot sauce or sour cream , for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking pan with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towels, and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Egg Mixture

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until smooth and well combined.

Step 4: Assemble the Quiche

  1. Spread the crumbled bacon evenly across the bottom of the prepared pie dish.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon. If using diced onions or bell peppers, scatter them over the cheese.
  3. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the toppings, ensuring everything is submerged.

Step 5: Bake
