Ingredients:
• 2 large flour tortillas
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup taco sauce or enchilada sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp butter or oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef Filling
• In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
• Stir in taco sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Assemble the Quesadilla
• Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Add the cooked beef mixture evenly, then sprinkle more cheese on top. Cover with another tortilla.
3. Grill to Perfection
• Heat a skillet or griddle with butter or oil. Grill the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
4. Slice and Serve
• Cut into wedges and serve hot with your favorite dips like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa!
