Q/S
Can I use another cheese?
Yes. Brie, Gouda, provolone, or Gruyère work especially well.
Can I use fresh cranberries?
Dried cranberries are recommended because they provide the sweet flavor and work better as a topping.
Can I make it without nuts?
Yes. Simply omit the almonds or use sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Can I use pizza dough instead of naan?
Yes. Roll the dough thinly and bake until the crust is golden and cooked through.
Can I prepare these ahead of time?
You can assemble them a few hours ahead and refrigerate. Bake just before serving for the best texture.
