Q&A
Can I use rotisserie chicken?
Yes. Remove the skin and bones, then shred the meat.
Can I use apples instead of grapes?
Yes. Diced apples make a good crunchy alternative.
Can I make it ahead?
Yes. Keep it refrigerated in an airtight container and use within 3–4 days.
Can I make it without mayonnaise?
Yes. Increase the Greek yogurt and add a little extra lemon juice for a lighter dressing.
Can I freeze chicken salad?
It is not recommended because the creamy dressing and grapes can change texture after freezing.
