Step 1: Cook Tapioca Jelly
Boil water, add tapioca pearls or jelly cubes, cook 5โ8 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with sugar or honey if using.
Step 2: Make Drink Base
In a jug, mix mango, pineapple, orange juice, and cold water/coconut water. Chill.
Step 3: Assemble
Add 2โ3 tbsp tapioca jelly to each glass. Add fruit. Fill with ice and pour juice mixture over.
Step 4: Serve
Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
