Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Add Filling
Spread the mushroom mixture down the center and sprinkle Gruyère cheese on top.
4️⃣ Create the Plait
Cut diagonal strips on each side of the pastry and fold them alternately over the filling to create a braided look.
