1️⃣ Marinate & Cook Chicken

  1. In a bowl, whisk honey, lime juice & zest, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. Rest 5 minutes, then slice or dice.
