Low Carb Sheet Pan Pizza

Ingredients:

* 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 cup pizza sauce
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, onions)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
5. Spread pizza sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
6. Top with mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
7. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
