Low Carb Sheet Pan Pizza

 

Low Carb Sheet Pan Pizza I’ve been eating for over 2 years and although I make tons of treats, this recipe is now amount my one of favorite dressing ever!! ❤ yummy
Ingredients:
– 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 ½ cups almond flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup pizza sauce (low-carb)
– 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
– Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Crust:
– In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Microwave for about 1 minute, then stir until combined. If needed, microwave for an additional 30 seconds until the cheese is fully melted.
– Add the eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Spread the Dough:
– Transfer the dough onto the lined sheet pan. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread it out evenly into a rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick.
4. Pre-bake the Crust:
– Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown.
5. Add Toppings:
– Remove the crust from the oven and spread a layer of pizza sauce over it. Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add your favorite toppings.
6. Final Bake:
– Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
7. Serve:
– Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy your delicious low-carb sheet pan pizza!
Tips:
– Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking, making sure they are low-carb.
– You can also add herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor!
