Instructions
- Add ground chicken, feta, red onion, garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, paprika, cumin, and lemon juice to a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix gently until everything is just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into thick patties.
- Refrigerate the patties for 15–20 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or grill over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Cook until the center reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
