Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 10-12 chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up.
- Season: In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
