  • 1 block (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 can (10 oz / 280 g) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel), undrained

1️⃣ Brown the Sausage

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until fully browned.

  • Break into small crumbles.

  • Drain excess grease.

Tip: Smaller crumbles = smoother dip.


2️⃣ Add to Slow Cooker

Place into slow cooker:

  • browned sausage

  • cubed cream cheese

  • entire can tomatoes with chilies (with liquid)


3️⃣ Slow Cook

4️⃣ Stir & Serve
