  3. 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (0 WW points)
  4. 1/2 medium apple, diced (0 WW points)
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (0 WW points)

Total WW Points (for the entire recipe): 4 points

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir to mix well.
  2. Add the diced apple and sprinkle in the cinnamon. Stir again to distribute evenly.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy!

Optional Toppings (if desired, and note their WW points):

  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup (1 tsp: ~1 WW point)
