- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (0 WW points)
- 1/2 medium apple, diced (0 WW points)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (0 WW points)
Total WW Points (for the entire recipe): 4 points
Instructions:
- In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir to mix well.
- Add the diced apple and sprinkle in the cinnamon. Stir again to distribute evenly.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy!
