- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Optional: Sear pork chops in a skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
- Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Mix garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth. Pour over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook:
- LOW: 4–6 hours
- HIGH: 2–3 hours
- Remove pork chops when tender.
- For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water, stir into the cooking liquid, and cook a few more minutes until thickened.
- Spoon the rich garlic sauce over the pork chops and serve.
